A BIT ABOUT US

We live with our Frenchies in Staffordshire, England. They're very much part of our family – our children!

Our obsession began in 2009, whilst on holiday in Spain, after seeing many French Bulldogs being walked around the resorts. After researching the breed, and all its’ pros and cons, we were convinced this was the breed for us.

Our first Frenchie, Khaleesi, arrived in 2013. Shortly after, we added another 2 girls to our family – Sansa and Shae. Our girls are adorable, affectionate and loads of fun to be around. Over the years we have had several additions to the family. You can see them all in the gallery ‘Our Frenchies’.

We soon decided that we wanted to breed these wonderful dogs and thus, Dragonborn took shape. Inspired by a hugely popular Sky TV Show, our dogs are named after characters from the series, and all of our puppies are Kennel Club registered with equally iconic names from the show. Kind of a double obsession!

Our aim is to produce high quality, healthy and happy puppies of good temperament and sweet disposition. Health is hugely important to us, and as such, all our current and future parents are fully health tested. We test for genetic diseases and also for the real, physical health issues in French Bulldogs, such as BOAS scoring, patella scoring, heart and spine assessments via the French Bulldog Club of England health scheme.

We are now also council licensed and have been awarded a 4 star rating in line with higher standards.
